One Minute Mama- Embrace the Busy

This is the week of Thanksgiving. There is so much to be thankful for…family, friends, good health, happiness and a roof over our heads, just to name of a few.

What about being busy? Have you ever really embraced the busy-ness of life? Be thankful, for a busy and messy home. Be thankful, for being able to go to the grocery store to get the things you need for your family table. Be thankful for your busy calendars. Be thankful for having places to go, schedules to keep and commitments to fulfill. This is life and we should be thankful for it.  If you weren’t “busy,” life would be boring and unfulfilling.

So, embrace the busy. Don’t judge yourself or feel the pressure to compare yourself to others.  Just be you!  Enjoy your family and rejoice, because you really do have so much to be thankful for!

1 Timothy 6:17- “Command those who are rich in this present world not to be arrogant nor to put their hope in wealth, which is so uncertain, but to put their hope in God, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment.”

Jennifer Bosma

I’m a wife of 37 years, a mom to three grown daughters, and a grandma to my five precious granddaughters. I love Jesus and want to share all I can with young Moms about Him. He is the secret to my family’s success hands-down, and it’s my passion to teach this to you through my Christian children’s books, Front Parking Spot podcast, and speaking engagements.

Teaching is at my core. I was an elementary education teacher for 23 years, so when I have the opportunity to do an author visit, it is a full engagement opportunity for everyone in the classroom.

My goal in what I do each day is to inspire Moms worldwide to reach the potential that God has entrusted to them within themselves and their families.
